The floral terrace will be sitting pretty outside Sea Containers restaurant for the duration of summer, complete with mesmerising views and delectable dining. Opened on 2 May, this year’s summer terrace will celebrate 50 years of Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé, with a menu themed around the iconic rosé Champagne. The terrace will offer a bespoke a la carte menu, featuring a variety of fresh seafood dishes from the Strawberry and Champagne Cured Seabass to the Hand Dived Scallops with Chickpea Polenta, Heirloom Tomato and Sourdough and Lemon Dressing, alongside seasons summer vegetables such as the Glibe Courgette stuffed with Ricotta, Pink Pepper and Baked Lemon Puree.
